General

🌻Please provide as much detail as possible
🌻Full payment is required upfront before work begins.
🌻Payment plans may be offered for commissions valued above $300 USD, subject to negotiation.
🌻If payment is not received by the agreed-upon due date, I reserve the right to cancel the project.
🌻Prices may vary from the base rate depending on the complexity of the commission (backgrounds, additional accessories, complex angles, etc.)
🌻Proper credit must be given whenever my work is displayed on your platforms.

Revisions

🌻Major revisions are permitted during the sketching phase.
🌻Once the commission enters the line art phase, minor revisions requests are permitted, but any major revision requests will incur a negotiable fee.

Deadlines & Delivery

🌻The average turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks, beginning once the client has been notified that work has started.
🌻Client will be notified if there is any delay or extension to the expected completion time.
🌻Progress updates will be provided as necessary for client feedback throughout the commission process.
🌻Client is welcome to message me for updates
🌻Once the commission is complete, a Google Drive link will be provided with the final art files.
🌻Variations of the art file, such as transparent, flat background, or with background, can be provided upon request.

Refunds

🌻Refunds are accepted if work has not yet started or if I personally decide to cancel the project.
🌻Client must not file a chargeback once the project has been completed.
🌻If a project is canceled due to the client's failure to comply with any Terms of Service, I reserve the right to cancel the project without offering a refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

🌻Art must be credited whenever it is used or displayed
🌻I reserve all rights to the deliverables until full payment has been received.
🌻No commercial fee is required for streaming or content use, however, credit must still be provided.
🌻Commercial rights are withheld unless explicitly negotiated. Depending on the rights requested, additional fees may apply and must be agreed upon.
🌻Unless otherwise specified by the client and payment of the NDA fee, I reserve the right to livestream and/or share the artwork on my social media platforms.
🌻The client shall not reproduce or use the work for training artificial intelligence technologies, including but not limited to technologies that generate work in the same style or genre as the original. The client may also not sublicense others to do so.

Terms of Service Changes

🌻I reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time.
🌻By continuing to use my services, the client agrees to any revisions made to the Terms.
🌻Ongoing projects will generally not be affected by new changes. If any changes do impact a current project, the client will be notified accordingly.
